How to prepare the famous home made pasta: Cappelletti Romagnoli?
The Cappelletti Romagnoli are the first typical dish of Romagna cuisine.
On our tables can't be missed,especially during holiday periods, such as Christmas, Easter .. and when there are all those important events, where being with the family is even more beautiful if there is a hot dish of Cappelletti Romagnoli!
At the Adelphi Hotel in Riccione over Easter we will be more than happy to let you taste home made Cappelletti Romagnoli!
Meanwhile, we reveal our delicious recipe:
Ingredients for six people:
For the pastry:
_600 gr of flour
_6 eggs
For the stuffing:
_500 gr of ricotta cheese
_500 gr of soft cheese
_100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
_2 eggs
_Nutmeg and salt as required
Cut the dough into squares of about 5 cm on each side; on each of them place the filling in the middle.
Close it in a triangle making the edges adhere well, then turn each triangle around a finger of your hand and overlap the two ends.
Easy to prepare and delicious to eat!
You can enjoy them with cheese or meat and cheese stuffing or in broth or meat sauce.
As every year, we did spend our summer holidays in the Adelphi Hotel in Riccione from end of June until the 7th of July.As always the staff were very friendly and the food excellent. We had a wonderful vacation and will of course go back next year. Thank you Nicole, Giuliano and the whole staff.
